I let myself soften tonight.

Watched a show familiar to my system.

I laughed a familiar laugh.

It made me feel uncomfortable.

I wanted it to stop.

I turned the show off.

I turned off the lights.

I returned to a safer place inside.

Shadows cast from the red light.

It was a temporary visit to a familiar place.

I thought I was stronger.

Yet I see, still not the case.
